International Shipping and Returns: A Simple Checklist

A clear delivery and returns plan makes online shopping easier. Before you order, check the product page and the store policies so you know what happens after payment, dispatch, and delivery.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed and stock is available. Transit times are estimates unless a guaranteed express service is purchased. Standard and express options, costs, and destination availability are shown or calculated at checkout.

After dispatch, tracking is sent by email and can also be viewed in your account. If a carrier marks a parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, contact the store through the contact form so an investigation can be opened with the carrier.

International orders may be shipped with duties unpaid. Depending on the destination, the recipient may owe customs duties, import VAT, or brokerage fees on delivery. Check your local rules before ordering and review the final checkout information carefully.

If you need to return an item, keep it unworn or unused, with its original packaging and tags. Eligible customers in the EU and UK generally have a 14-calendar-day withdrawal period for distance contracts, subject to applicable exceptions. The store also offers a voluntary 30-day return window for eligible items. Final-sale, personalised, or hygiene-sealed items may be excluded.

Start a return from your account or contact the store with your order number. Wait for return authorisation before sending anything, and keep your shipping proof. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, with bank processing time added.
