Final shipping is calculated server-side at checkout; the storefront and backend use the same pricing service.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, subject to payment confirmation and stock. Orders only enter fulfilment after payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
Tracking
Once dispatched you receive tracking by email and can view status in your account. Customers cannot self-mark orders as delivered; status updates come from the carrier and our warehouse.
Duties, taxes & import fees
For international orders, prices shown may be exclusive of customs duties, import VAT, and brokerage fees, which the recipient may owe on delivery depending on the destination country: orders are shipped DDU (duties unpaid) unless stated otherwise at checkout. Any such charges are the customer's responsibility unless we explicitly state duties/taxes are included. Please check your local rules before ordering.

Delays & missed delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless an express guaranteed service is purchased. For carrier delays or a parcel marked delivered but not received, contact our contact form and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
