How do I place an order?
Browse the store, choose colour/size and add to cart. Checkout is unavailable while this site is in preview. Available payment methods will be shown before any future order is placed.
How much is shipping?
Standard delivery is $9.99 and free on orders over $150; express is $19.99. Final amounts are calculated by the server at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel from your account while the order is awaiting payment. Once processing begins, contact support and we will help where possible.
How do returns work?
See our Returns & Refunds Policy. EU/UK shoppers have a 14-day withdrawal right; we also offer a voluntary returns window.
How does referral commission work?
Share your unique link. Your rate is based on your level when the order is placed: level 1 earns 20%, level 2 earns 15%, and level 3 earns 10%. After a referred order is fulfilled and the return window passes, commission on the item amount (excluding shipping/tax) becomes available. Withdrawals are reviewed by finance — see Refer & Earn.
