2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. Passwords are stored using a strong salted hash; we never see your card details. You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us of unauthorised use.
3. Products, pricing & orders
All prices are shown in USD (US Dollars) and may exclude taxes/duties unless stated. We strive for accuracy but may correct errors; if an item is mispriced we may cancel and refund. An order is accepted only after payment confirmation; until then it remains awaiting payment. Final amounts are recalculated by our server at checkout (client-side prices are never authoritative).
4. Taxes
Any tax collected by the store is shown at checkout before payment. International delivery may involve customs or import charges; see the Shipping Policy. Current tax collection status appears below.
5. Cancellation, returns & refunds
You may cancel while an order is awaiting payment. Statutory withdrawal and warranty rights (including the EU/UK 14-day right) apply as described in the Returns & Refunds Policy, which is part of these terms.
6. Affiliate programme & FTC disclosure
Registered users receive a unique referral code/link. Qualifying first-time referred orders earn commission at the referrer's level when the order is placed (level 1: 20%, level 2: 15%, level 3: 10%) on the amount actually paid for goods after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes, and refunded amounts.
- Self-referrals, duplicate attribution to the same customer, and fraudulent/abnormal clicks or orders are prohibited and may be reversed.
- Commission starts as pending; it becomes approved only after fulfilment and the configured return/hold period (currently 30 days); cancelled/refunded orders reverse commission (cancelled).
- Withdrawals (requested) are reviewed by finance/administrators; users cannot mark their own withdrawal paid. The configured minimum withdrawal is $50. Payout methods must be confirmed before the programme opens. Approved and paid amounts are withdrawn.
- You are responsible for taxes on commission income and must comply with applicable advertising law, including clearly and conspicuously disclosing your relationship (e.g. the FTC Endorsement Guides) when promoting links.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, bypass security/rate limits, scrape data, upload malicious/executable files, or attempt unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts for violations.
8. Intellectual property
Product imagery and mark usage rights must be verified before sales begin. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site is provided on an as-available basis; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted. Liability is limited as allowed by mandatory consumer law.
11. Governing law & disputes
Governing law and jurisdiction details must be confirmed before orders are enabled. Mandatory consumer protections are not limited by this preview text.
